Prepare for the immaculate resurgence of resourceful, stubborn, daring yet underappreciated, vulnerable and effective "Hathi Ram Chaudhary" from Netherworld (Paatal Lok) to the glorious valleys to Nagaland(a mountainous state in northeast India which borders Myanmar).

Season 2 again takes you to another supremely engaging and binge-worthy cat & mouse game etched by well-crafted and intelligently written multi-layered plot which hits many social chords like mental health, abuse, poverty, guilt, greed, power struggles and sensitivities of indigenous tribes.

The chemistry and bonding between "Imran Ansari" and "Hathi Ram Chaudhary" again shines through and takes you to heart-breaking plot-twist at the end of the first-half.

Performances from the entire cast including newer faces and a kid is top-notch, realistic and virtually spotless; KUDOS to "The Casting Bay" for wonderful casting. Jaideep Ahlawat, Tilottama Shome, Ishwak Singh, Anurag Arora, Gul Panag, Nagesh Kukunoor, Jahnu Barua(Twelve times National Award winning film maker) are just the few names which make this season so compelling and amazing.

The show's pacing is excellent demonstrating remarkable narrative discipline. Each episode is crafted with meticulous precision to make you surrender to binge-watching. The excellence continues with the editing and balanced & solid BG, maintaining tension with clarity.

Season 2 continued its commitment to exploring the grey areas of morality and justice and resists the temptation to paint its characters & circumstances in black and white, instead delving deeper into the complicated reality where truth is often tangled in a web of competing interests and moral compromises.

Conclusively, season 2 meets the mammoth expectations and certainly not only satisfies its fans but will increase the fandom.
